- Forming a relationship with customers;
- Development of marketing activities to attract new customers, retain existing ones and return the departed;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising channels and their optimization;
- Control and analysis of projects to create an "ideal" product.
Requirements:
- Complete higher education in economics, marketing, sociology, statistics or information technology;
- Confident ownership of PCs and office equipment;
- The ability to express your thoughts correctly in oral and written form;
Must know:
- Features of the market under study;
- Fundamentals of marketing, methods of marketing research;
- Methods of studying the market of goods or services;
- Basics of statistics;
- Skills of working with special packages of marketing information analysis;
