Description:
Mustard plasters "Soviet Standard" are a traditional remedy used for their warming and local irritant effects. They are commonly applied in cases of colds, cough, bronchitis, muscle pain, and other respiratory or muscular conditions.

Each plaster is made of dense paper filled with mustard powder and divided into 4 sections. Upon soaking in warm water, the powder activates and delivers therapeutic heat to the skin.

Indications:

• Cold and flu

• Dry or wet cough

• Bronchitis

• Myalgia (muscle pain)

• Radiculitis

How to use:
Dip the plaster in warm water for 10–15 seconds, then apply to the skin for 5–15 minutes. Remove and dry the skin.
